Qualifications

• Absolutely necessary: Experience in personal injury pre-litigation.
• Leadership skills to manage a significant caseload and provide strategic direction to the pre-litigation team.
• Strategic direction regarding medical treatment and documentation as appropriate to the facts and circumstances of each case.
• Ability to oversee the progression of cases and ensure matters move toward resolution efficiently and without unnecessary delays.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed case notes and documentation within the firm's case management system.
• Collaborative approach to work with case managers and support staff to ensure files are accurate, complete, and progressing appropriately.
• Legal guidance on complex liability, causation, damages, insurance, and procedural issues.
• Ability to hold team members accountable for timely case progression, responsiveness, and quality standards.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and development of pre-litigation staff.

Serve as a primary legal resource for pre-litigation team members.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service throughout the representation.
