Responsibilities
- Own all pre-litigation work on your docket
- Ensure clients understand the process they will undertake
- Draft all documents related to pre-litigation
- Oversee all negotiations and demands
Requirements
- Must be a member of the CA bar
- Must have a degree from an accredited law school
- At least 1 year of personal injury (PI) experience
- Must be willing to work at volume, as we are a volume firm
- Must be open to some trial work down the line
Pay
$120,000 - $220,000 per year
