- Works with potential clients to determine whether we can help with their case
- Prepares new client materials
- Manages client case files
- Advocates for clients in communication with insurance companies and medical providers
- Requests and organizes medical records
- Strategizes on how to strengthen the case
- Propounds and responds to discovery
- Maintains client relations
- Writes settlement demands
- 2+ years of experience in personal injury law or insurance defense
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Self-starter
