What You’ll Do
- Handle litigation from discovery through trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Propound and respond to written discovery
- Take and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, experts)
- Handle court appearances, hearings, and case management conferences
- Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
- Collaborate on case strategy and client advocacy in a fast-paced team setting
Position Overview
- Manage a personal injury caseload from inception through resolution
- Support with a dedicated team assigned specifically to you

Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 1+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a professional demeanor
