About the firm
Our client is a well known & respected midtown-based plaintiff personal injury firm.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
- 1+ year of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
- Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload, including motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims.
- Strong legal research and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
