Personal Injury Attorney

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Washington State
• Strong understanding of plaintiff personal injury law
• Experience managing cases independently from start to finish
• Experience handling negotiations with insurance companies
• Experience in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Pre-litigation case handling
• Filing lawsuits and litigation process
• Depositions, motions, and discovery
• Prior experience handling motor vehicle accident cases (strongly preferred)
• Trial or arbitration experience (plus)

Skills

• Strong negotiation and settlement skills
• Litigation and case strategy development
• Client communication and relationship management
• Legal research and drafting (motions, pleadings, demand letters)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume PI environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
