Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation, including Labor Law, slip and fall, and motor vehicle accidents.
• Evaluate case merits and provide legal guidance to clients.
• Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements throughout case stages.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Perform legal research, analysis, and administrative functions.
• Attend court proceedings such as motions, trials, depositions, arbitration, and mediation.
• Maintain professional multitasking to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least one year of experience as a plaintiff personal injury attorney.
• Licensed and in good standing in New York.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and handle legal documents effectively.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
