Personal Injury Intake Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential new clients and assure their experience is exceptional
- Conduct a comprehensive intake screening process to access case viability
- Assure completion of all intake documentation
- Communicate daily with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
- Schedule client’s initial doctors’ visits to assure proper treatment plan
- Cookordinate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and secretaries to effectively manage case load to move files towards pre-suit
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bilingual - English and Spanish (required)
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Compassion for the injured
- Experience in personal injury (preferred)
- Organized and detail oriented self-starter
- High energy personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Word
- Experience in Filevine (a bonus!)
