Personal Injury Full-Cycle Corporate Recruiter (Miami Lakes, FL)

About the role

A growing personal injury law firm in Miami is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Legal Recruiter to support high-priority hiring across legal, administrative, and operational roles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for attorney, paralegal, legal assistant, case management, intake, administrative, and support roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, urgency, compensation ranges, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Create and maintain job postings in SmartRecruiters and other recruiting platforms.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, databases, and other recruiting channels.
  • Screens candidates for qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, professionalism, and fit for a personal injury law firm environment.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and schedule zoom interviews, ensure accurate documentation and follow up within SmartRecruiters.
  • Support offer preparation, salary discussions, reference checks and onboarding handoff.
  • Maintain recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, interview volume, offer acceptance, and source effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and conducting intake calls, provide regular updates on recruiting progress, obstacles, and market feedback.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support recruiting initiatives related to priority hires, growth planning, and staffing needs across the firm.
  • Maintain compliance with internal hiring procedures and applicable employment laws.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Prior recruiting experience within a personal injury law firm is required.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for legal and law firm support roles.
  • Hands-on experience using SmartRecruiters is required.
  • Strong understanding of legal staffing needs, including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, intake representatives, and administrative support roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with hiring managers, leadership, and candidates at all levels.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Miami, Florida, 5 days per week.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume plaintiff-side personal injury practices.

Benefits

  • Paid Time Off: All employees who work 30 hours per week and above qualify for Paid Time Off.
  • Health Benefits: All employees who work 30 hours per week and above will be eligible for benefits starting on the 1st day of the month following their start date. The firm covers a fixed amount which typically covers 40 - 65% of the employee premium, depending on the selected plan. The medical insurance plans include options for national coverage and free mental health services. There are also dental plans (with unlimited coverage) and vision plans to choose from at the employee’s expense.
  • Disability Benefits: All employees who work 30 hours per week will have Short-term and Long-term Disability benefits, paid for by the firm.
  • Life Insurance: For all employees who work 30 hours per week and above, the firm provides 1X earnings life insurance coverage paid for by the firm. In addition, you will receive a Firm paid accidental death and dismemberment benefit that matches your life insurance coverage.
  • Supplemental insurance options include Critical Illness, Accident, Cancer, Hospital Confinement Indemnity insurance, Term Life insurance, and Whole life insurance.
  • Retirement: All employees who work 30 hours per week and above qualify for the 401(K) plan. After the employee completes one year of service, the firm will match 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% on the next 2%, with immediate vesting.
