About the Role
The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Corporate Recruiter to manage recruiting for attorney, legal, operational, and administrative positions across the firm. This role is responsible for the entire recruiting lifecycle—from intake meetings and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff. The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, maintain recruiting metrics, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is a 100% onsite position based in our Miami Lakes office.
What You'll Do
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for legal and operational positions. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers. Develop sourcing strategies for priority roles. Screen candidates against minimum qualifications and role requirements. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications. Prepare offers and support onboarding transitions.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. Develop proactive recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions. Maintain a positive employer brand and candidate experience.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities. Provide market insights and recruiting updates. Recommend sourcing strategies and pipeline improvements. Facilitate timely interview feedback and hiring decisions.
- Recruiting Operations: Maintain accurate candidate records in SmartRecruiters. Create and manage job postings. Track recruiting metrics, including: Time-to-fill, Time-to-hire, Source effectiveness, Candidate conversion rates, Offer acceptance rates, and Pipeline health. Ensure compliance with company hiring procedures and employment laws.
Performance Expectations
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to:
- Consistently fill high-priority positions within established hiring timelines.
- Build strong pipelines for difficult-to-fill legal positions.
- Maintain accurate SmartRecruiters data and reporting.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
- Meet recruiting KPIs, including time-to-fill, interview conversion, offer acceptance, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and urgency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
- Minimum 2 years recruiting within a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm.
- Experience recruiting: Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Case Managers, Intake Specialists, and Administrative professionals.
- Hands-on experience using SmartRecruiters as an Applicant Tracking System.
- Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience conducting structured phone screens and candidate evaluations.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Miami Lakes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience supporting rapid organizational growth.
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume legal environment.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives.
- Experience creating recruiting dashboards and reports.
