Personal injury Case Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a compelling caseload of personal injury matters under attorney supervision.
• Negotiate settlement and liability claims on behalf of plaintiff personal injury clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and other parties throughout the claims process.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to support efficient case resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Case Manager with personal injury claims negotiation experience.
• Experience negotiating settlements for a plaintiff personal injury law firm or liability claims for an insurance carrier.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
