Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant (Torrance)

Responsibilities

• Assist Case Managers in developing client cases to secure maximum settlements.
• Communicate with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and MediCAL/CARE regarding open claims.
• Request and verify police reports, medical records, and schedule doctor appointments and transportation for clients.
• Prepare files for submission to demand writers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle large volumes of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
• Litify or Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Type at least 40 words per minute.

Pay and Schedule

Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, with performance-based incentives.

This role is on-site, Monday through Friday.
