About the role

Due to our remarkable growth, we are expanding our Personal Injury team. We seek a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about advocating for the rights of injured workers and are committed to excellence in client service. The position is full‑time with a hybrid work location.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Personal Injury cases.
• Manage case preparation, including research, document handling, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and involved.
• Collaborate with our team to develop innovative strategies for challenging cases.
• Uphold our firm’s values, emphasizing communication, education, empowerment, innovation, determination, and compassion.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the State of New Jersey.
• 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury law preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train a highly motivated and detail‑oriented beginner.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Filevine, Slack, and RingCentral, or similar software.
• Spanish‑speaking skills are a significant plus.

Pay

Schedule

8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday; on‑call availability; flexible scheduling options.
