Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year A bit about us: A fast-growing plaintiff-side litigation practice is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its Dallas office. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney who thrives in a high-volume, client-focused environment and wants to take ownership of cases while working alongside a collaborative legal team. The firm handles a broad range of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, trucking litigation, catastrophic injury claims, wrongful death, premises liability, and other negligence-based cases. Why join us? The Personal Injury Attorney will manage cases from intake through resolution, advocate for injured clients, negotiate with insurance carriers, and litigate matters when necessary. This role offers strong earning potential, marketing support, and a steady pipeline of cases. Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial Conduct client consultations and case evaluations Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packages Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Take and defend depositions Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances Develop case strategy and collaborate with support staff Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the legal process Review medical records, accident reports, and expert findings Work closely with intake and case management teams to maximize outcomes Job Details Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar 10+ years of personal injury experience preferred Strong negotiation and litigation skills Experience handling motor vehicle and injury-related claims Trial experience is a plus Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Interested in hearing more?
