Personal Injury Attorney

Responsibilities

• Independently negotiate personal injuries claims and assist paralegals with all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury claims.
• Independently litigate District Court and Circuit Court personal injury cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Fluency in Korean and/or Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar.
• Bar admissions in Virginia, DC, and/or Federal Bar are a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

At Gordon Feinblatt, we are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with strong leadership, negotiation, and client service skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases and the ability to manage a high volume of personal injury litigation and claims cases.

Skills

The successful candidate will possess excellent negotiation and litigation skills, as well as strong client service abilities. Fluency in Korean and/or Spanish is a plus but not required.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $140,000–$180,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of candidate-specific factors, including skills, relevant experience, job-related knowledge, and market considerations.
