Top-tier Personal Injury and Consumer Protection Law Firm seeks a talented Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing national practice. The firm focuses on representing plaintiffs in serious injury and catastrophic accident cases, delivering aggressive advocacy and high-value settlements through a client-first approach. Attorneys work on complex, impactful matters while collaborating within a rapidly expanding, multi-state team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, prepare legal briefs, and provide strategic guidance
• Draft and review legal documents, motions, and correspondence
• Manage cases from intake through trial, advocating for clients to achieve positive outcomes
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a team-oriented environment
• Maintain strong organizational skills to handle multiple cases and deadlines

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing and eligible to practice law in Illinois
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required
• Minimum of 3+ years of personal injury experience with a strong focus on trial work
• Minimum of 3 civil jury trials to verdict
• Strong knowledge of Illinois laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to personal injury litigation

• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal authority
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage cases and advocate for clients while achieving positive outcomes

Pay

$135,000 – $185,000 per year
