Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorney on litigation cases valued over $150,000
- On cases below $150,000, take responsibility to move the case towards resolution or trial with senior attorney supervision
- Conduct discovery
- Complete depositions
- Attend mediation
- Take cases to trial
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an attorney
- Self-starter mindset
Pay
$100,000 - $200,000 per year
