Qualifications

• A JD degree from an ABA-approved law school
• Maintain an active license in good standing in California
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury
• Solid deposition, motion, and courtroom experience
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Strategic thinking ability
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Manage their own caseload with partner support
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions and appear in court for hearings and motions
• Work directly with clients to strategize and move cases forward
