The Practice

The firm focuses on complex, multi-defendant litigation on behalf of individuals and families who have suffered serious illness. Matters frequently involve extensive discovery, significant motion practice, and trial preparation, with cases often resulting in substantial recoveries for clients.

The Role

• Case investigation and factual development
• Managing written discovery and document review
• Taking and defending depositions
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Preparing cases for trial and participating in trial proceedings
• Serving as second or third chair at trial, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility, including first-chair trial work, as experience grows

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury or government litigation experience
• Member of the PA Bar in good standing

Preferred Experience

• Prior plaintiff litigation experience, including motion practice, discovery, and depositions
• Judicial clerkship experience is welcomed
• Prior experience in complex litigation is helpful but not mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $120,000 - $165,000+ year-end discretionary bonus
