What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day budgeting, cash flow tracking, and bill/account monitoring.
  • Track and report progress on debt payoff goals.
  • Build and maintain financial trackers and reporting tools.
  • Cookordination with the family's CPA on the overlap between personal and business finances.
  • Monitor accounts and flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a problem.
  • Keep all financial information strictly confidential.

Who You Are

  • Solid, hands-on bookkeeping or financial-operations experience.
  • Comfortable with tools like QuickBooks, Quicken, YNAB, or similar.
  • Highly discreet. You understand the sensitivity of managing someone else's personal finances.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive about flagging issues early.
  • Able to work independently with minimal oversight once systems are in place.
  • Dallas-based preferred for occasional in-person meetings; open to strong remote candidates.
  • Not a financial advisor or investment professional. This is a bookkeeping/operations role, not an advisory one.

Compensation & Logistics

  • $40–$55/hour, based on experience.
  • Part-time; weekly hours to be finalized based on candidate availability and family needs.
