Personal Care Assistant PT2 Weekend Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide residents' personal care needs with an emphasis on quality, compassion, and timeliness.
• Address residents' medical needs through quality nursing care and report to the charge nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant physical environment.
• Ensure residents' nutritional needs are met in accordance with established care plans and report to the appropriate director.
• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
• Ensure residents' medication needs are met.

Requirements

• Ability to move (sit, stand, bend, and lift) intermittently throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Assist with the evacuation of residents.
• Read and write in the English language.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• STNA certification preferred but not required; will state test if not certified.
