Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors living at home
• Absorb and assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Remind clients about medications, document their condition, and report any concerns to a supervisor
• Ensure a safe home environment with clear pathways
• Incorporate enjoyable activities like puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies into clients' days

Requirements

• PCA, CNA, or HHA certification
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
• Valid driver's license and own transportation
• Caring and helpful nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay & Schedule

Salary range: $18.50/hr

Skills

Must have PCA, CNA, or HHA certification. Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation. Must possess a caring and helpful nature, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule

Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem options available. Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend assignments are available.
