About the role
The role is responsible for providing exceptional care to residents in a residential care facility.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Conduct regular health checks and report findings to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the facility
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in a caregiving environment preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina for manual labor
