What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping for residents
- Aid with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare or assist with meals and run errands
- Offer medication reminders
- Maintain communication with the Director of Member Services regarding resident care
- Document care services accurately
What You Need
- A high school diploma or GED
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in home care, senior living, or healthcare (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care
