Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

We’re looking for compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to help residents live life to the fullest.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Support residents with meals, light housekeeping, and social activities.

Qualifications

• Valid PCA certificate or Nurse Aide (NA) certificate.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous experience in senior living or healthcare preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team‑oriented.
• Strong communication and time‑management skills.

Pay

Rate of pay: $13.00 per hour (minimum) to $14.86 per hour (maximum), plus shift differentials as applicable.

Schedule

Part‑time shifts available: 3 pm – 11 pm.
