Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
About the role
We have a lovely family with an immediate need for part time care. Client is an elderly blind woman that is mobile and requires light personal care (standby shower assistance), light housekeeping and companionship.
Looking for caregiver to assist any consistent 4 hours every Tuesday & Friday between 9am and 9pm.

Job Description
We are seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and companionship to individuals who require help with daily activities.
Responsibilities of a Caregiver
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Qualifications of a Caregiver
- Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks.
- Valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation is required.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
