You’ll play a meaningful role in helping our client maintain independence, dignity, and joy in daily living. Client is upbeat, enjoy friendly company, and love sitting outside on the porch. Your presence and reliability will make a real difference in comfort, safety, and sense of companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with showering and personal care
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and general home support
• Mobility assistance (client uses a walker at all times and is in therapy)
• Companionship and emotional support
• Monitoring safety due to fall risk, vision/hearing impairment, and mild memory loss
• Occasional assistance with incontinence care

Requirements

• Experience with memory care
• Dependable and punctual
• Caregiver must be compassionate, patient, and easygoing
• Must speak English
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Female caregiver preferred (client comfort preference)
• Must be dependable and trustworthy

Additional Details

• No smoking, no pets in the home
• Occasional mice in the home
• Clean home; one room used for storage
• Transportation required for medical appointments (Frankfort and Lawrenceburg)
