Schedule

Hiring for 12-hour shifts, day or night. Various shifts are also available for those who do not want 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

• At least one year of previous care experience required
• Active C.N.A. certification is not required

Responsibilities

Essential Functions — Personal care activities assisting with activities of daily living:

• Personal hygiene
• Ambulation/transfers
• Dressing/shaving
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
• Performs light housekeeping activities

Patient-specific activities taught by a Right at Home Supervisor:

• Providing hospice supportive care
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Assisting with blood glucose monitoring
• Care of bed-bound patients
• Incontinence care
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts
