We’re seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide one-on-one care and meaningful companionship to a client in Albany, KY. This role is ideal for someone who leads with empathy, understands the importance of dignity and patience in caregiving, and enjoys creating joy in daily routines.

Caregiver Match Summary

• Preferred: female caregiver
• Laid-back, patient, dependable, and experienced working with difficult personalities
• Mature rather than very young
• Comfortable providing support in a home with heavy smoking

Home Environment

• Clean home with no known infestations
• Client is fully mobile but needs assistance

Responsibilities

• Provide non-personal-care companionship and household support
• Light housekeeping
• Simple meal preparation as needed
• Running errands
• Transportation and accompaniment to doctor’s appointments
• Dependable, patient support for a client who may be challenging at times

Pay

$18 per hour

Schedule

• Option 1: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (24 hours total)
• Option 2: Thursday and Friday – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturday – 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
