About the role

Memory care experience is required. An adult client with cognitive decline, memory impairment, COPD, chronic pneumonia, condition causing frequent seizures, and significant breathing difficulties who are largely homebound.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Complete light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying.
• Aid in managing and reducing household clutter with gentle encouragement to help the client remain engaged in the process.
• Offer support with showering and other basic personal care needs.
• Communicate regularly with the client’s daughter, Deanna, and report any changes or concerns promptly.
