About the role
Provide high-quality personal care services to clients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor clients' health and safety needs, reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Ensure clients are comfortable and safe during visits.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines provided by the company.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Pass a background check and criminal history review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Good physical condition to perform tasks safely and effectively.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.
