Personal Care Aide (PCA) for 12 Hour Shifts

Job Summary

Angels on Call is a premier licensed home care service agency located in Peekskill, NY. Seeking Personal Care Aides with availability to work shifts 12 hours in length to assist in service areas listed above. A New York State PCA Certificate is required for this position.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid NYS PCA Certificate
• At time of hire, candidate must be able to provide:
• Proof of current flu vaccination
• Proof of MMR vaccination, including reference ranges
• Annnual Physical from preceding 365 days, indicating fit for work and stamped / signed by physician
• Tuberculosis Status, either through:
• Quantiferon Blood Draw within 9 months
• 2 PPD Tests, one within 30 days and one within 365 days
• If Positive provide a chest X-ray from within 5 years or a doctors note
