Personal Care Aides

Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, has immediate openings for reliable personal care staff to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for our clients in Altoona, PA and Roaring Springs, PA.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide companionship
• Perform light housekeeping and chores
• Respect the patient's privacy and maintain confidentiality
• Assist in providing a safe environment for client

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. You will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets (if not provided) and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.

Schedule

• Roaring Springs, PA: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8am to 8pm
• Shifts include: Monday to Friday, weekends, 4/8/10/12 hour shifts, day/night/overnight, after school, and holidays
• Full-time and part-time hours available
• Flexible scheduling: work as many hours as desired or pick up additional shifts last minute to earn extra money
