About the Role

Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, has immediate openings for reliable personal care staff to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for our clients in Starrucca, PA; Starlight, PA; and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide companionship
• Perform light housekeeping and chores
• Respect the patient's privacy and maintain confidentiality
• Assist in providing a safe environment for the client

Requirements

• Compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care/home health services
• Use of a mobile device to log visits and track service hours
• Comfort with using smartphones or tablets (if not provided)
• Reliable internet access

Pay

Up to $16 per hour.

Schedule

• All shifts available
• Full-time, part-time, weekdays, weekends, and evenings
• Flexible scheduling with the ability to pick up additional shifts last minute
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
