Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, has immediate openings for reliable personal care staff to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for our clients in Hop Bottom, New Milford, Montrose, Great Bend, and Susquehanna, PA.
About the role
Assist patients with personal care services in their homes, offering companionship and light housekeeping while respecting privacy and maintaining a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Provide companionship
- Perform light housekeeping and chores
- Respect the patient's privacy and maintain confidentiality
- Assist in providing a safe environment for the client
Mobile Device & EVV Requirements
This position complies with the 21st Century Cures Act, requiring Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care services. You will use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets and have reliable internet access.

- Montrose, PA – Part-time, Weekdays
- New Milford, PA – Part-time, Weekdays
- Hop Bottom, PA – Part-time or Full-time, Weekdays
- Great Bend, PA – Weekdays, Day Shift
- Susquehanna, PA – Full-time or Part-time shifts available
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to pick up additional shifts last minute
Pay
$11.50–$14.00 per hour, with weekly direct deposit payroll.
