Your Responsibilities as a PCA Trainee

• Aid residents with daily living activities
• Provide comfort, companionship, and supportive care
• Learn clinical skills under supervision
• Maintain a safe and clean environment

After Certification

• Deliver direct resident care
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and vital signs
• Collaborate with nurses and care teams
• Play an essential role in improving residents' daily lives

Requirements

• Current PCA or caregiving experience preferred (but not required)
• Interest in becoming an LNA
• Ability to attend full-time training schedule
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
