About the role
As a Personal Care Aides (PCA), you’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, supporting them with light housekeeping, personal activities like bathing and dressing, and assisting with mobility and transfers.Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Personal activities such as bathing, dressing, and assisting with meals
- Aid with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client
Requirements
- Valid HHA/PCA Certificate
- Valid ID
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
