Personal Care Aide (PCA)
About the role
We are seeking experienced Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our team at Aftercare Nursing Services. This position provides assistance with self-care, light housekeeping, and companionship to individuals in need.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- No prior experience required
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
