Responsibilities

  • Work as an individual contributor at a steady pace with clear direction and established processes.
  • Provide support and service in a non-competitive environment, adhering to guidelines and policies.
  • Perform routine, transactional, operational, and client support tasks.
  • Work toward individual and banking center sales and service goals.
  • Assist other departments as needed and build rapport with clients and associates.
  • Treat others with respect and consideration, regardless of status or position.
  • Meet and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including cash back calculations and percentages.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills

  • Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
  • 6+ months of demonstrated successful cash handling experience.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Passionate and motivated self-starter.
  • Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
  • Logical thinking to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems.
