About the Role
As a Teller, you’ll work as an individual contributor in a structured environment with clear processes and expectations. Your role will involve:
- Performing routine, transactional, operational, and client support tasks
- Meeting individual and banking center sales and service goals
- Assisting other departments as needed
- Building rapport with clients and associates while treating everyone with respect
- Delivering accurate work by adhering to guidelines and policies
You’ll serve a diverse audience, handle cash transactions, and educate clients on banking products and digital technologies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Skills
Ideal candidates may possess some or all of the following:
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience
- 6+ months of demonstrated successful cash handling experience
- Bilingual language skills
- Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
- Logical thinking to analyze situations and make sound decisions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems
- Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages
