About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teller to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. As a Teller, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage transactions, and assist with various banking tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Operate in a supportive environment with clear direction and established processes
  • Provide support and service to customers in a non-competitive atmosphere

  • Maintain and promote company policies and guidelines
  • Meet and interact with a diverse range of clients
  • Perform routine, transactional, operational, and client support tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience (preferred)
  • 6+ months of successful cash handling experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual language skills (preferred)
  • Passionate and motivated self-starter
  • Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
  • Logical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of computer and software systems
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts accurately
