About the role

We are seeking a Teller who can provide exceptional service to a diverse audience. The role involves performing routine, transactional, operational, and client support tasks, as well as assisting other departments and building rapport with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and service to others in an environment free from competition.
  • Deliver detailed and accurate work by adhering to specific guidelines.
  • Maintain guidelines, structure, and established policies as part of a team.
  • Meet and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience.
  • Aid other departments as needed.
  • Build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates.
  • Treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
  • Six months or more of successful cash handling experience.
  • Bilingual language skills preferred.
  • Passionate and motivated self-starter.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
  • Logical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of various computer and software systems.
  • Basic math skills, including cash back and percentage calculations.
