About the role

As a Universal Banker within PNC's retail organization, you will acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. You will manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet, and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, including lobby engagement and educating customers on financial tools and technology.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Typically requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, plus related experience or product knowledge. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Pay

Base salary range: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive-eligible, with payments based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
