About the role
Join the dynamic team at Utah First Credit Union in our St. George, Utah branch as a full-time Personal Banker. If you're passionate about enhancing customers' financial well-being through exceptional service and product knowledge, this role is for you.
The position entails assisting customers with transactions, opening accounts, processing loan applications, and promoting credit union products.
Schedule
40 hours per week, aligning with branch hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay
Competitive starting wage of $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, with potential incentives based on offering additional products and services.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers while facilitating loan transactions that meet their needs
- Process various financial transactions
- Handle cash
- Assist customers in-person and over the phone
- Exceed monthly loan amounts
- Provide exceptional customer experiences
- Engage in ongoing professional development
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18
- Prior experience in customer service and financial services
- Knowledge of consumer lending and cash handling
