Personal Banker - Kirksville, MO (Walmart)

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide accounts, loans, and services
• Promote bank products and services
• Proactively make referrals
• Minimize risk exposure
• Maintain quality production

• Process client transactions

• Aid in bank opening/closing
• Demonstrate Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations
• Understand and follow applicable laws and regulations
• Follow deposit account opening procedures
• Complete periodic compliance training
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous banking experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Capable of working with a team to determine solutions

Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for required week-long training

Qualifications

Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, carrying, lifting, moving, pushing up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. Must be able to talk and listen to others.

Work Environment: Office setting, regular use of computers and electronic media.
