Personal Banker III - Burbank Hollywood Way

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Personal Banker III at Premier America Credit Union. This role involves establishing, developing, and retaining deep financial relationships with members to help meet and exceed member and credit union goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and retain financial relationships with members to help attain department goals.
• Professionally and effectively communicate with prospective and current members on a broad range of situations.
• Migrate between the teller line and platform to maximize revenue growth and meet or exceed personal and branch sales and service goals.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services, while meeting sales goals and service standard expectations.
• Perform a full range of senior teller, operational, and account management transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance daily transactions and verify that cash totals are correct.
• Open all variety of deposit accounts, resolve member issues, manage account maintenance, and update member information as required.
• Absorb Safe Deposit access/open Safe Deposit boxes for members, where applicable.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of banking experience
• Track record of outstanding member service
• Demonstrated track record of success meeting and/or exceeding established goals
• Lending experience
• Strong “People” skills, comfortable multi-tasking, able to work independently AND as a member of a team, capable in a relationship focused sales environment

Pay

The base pay range for this position is: $23 - $29 per hour plus earned incentives.
