Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process transactions and provide account information
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues
  • Follow up on customer requests and feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
