Responsibilities
- Build Client Relationships

- Recommend and provide accounts, loans, and services
- Promote bank products and services
- Make referrals to bank partners
- Minimize risk exposure
- Maintain quality production
- Adhere to operating procedures and protocols
- Deliver a Consistently Superior Client Experience
- Provide excellent customer service
- Create a welcoming, engaging, professional environment
- Resolve client issues
- Process client transactions
- Absorb and process transactions for other employees

- Assist with bank opening and closing
- Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Obtain and maintain NMLS certification
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with a team
