About the Role

The primary goal of this role is to help execute projects, streamline operations, and reduce day-to-day mental load so the Influencer can spend more time creating. This position focuses on organization, logistics, and execution rather than the creative process itself. It includes a mix of business operations and personal assistant responsibilities, with no two weeks looking exactly the same. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities are essential.

    • Provide in-person support during content creation days.

  • Event & Travel Coordination
    • Help prepare for major events and travel.
    • Assist with travel logistics.
    • Provide in-person support during brand trips, festivals, and major events (such as Coachella).
    • Keep track of upcoming industry events, premieres, festivals, Fashion Week, and other opportunities that align with her brand.
  • Operations & Administrative Support
    • Handle miscellaneous tasks that keep the business running smoothly.
    • Manage returns and exchanges.
    • Run errands.
    • Organize and unbox packages.
    • Plan events (such as a closet sale).
    • Attend meetings when needed.
    • Help with operational tasks that arise throughout the week.
  • Business Development & Strategy

  • Weekly Excursions
    • Occasionally help plan and participate in outings that can be turned into content.
    • Explore new experiences and attractions.
    • Capture vlog content to showcase her personality and life in NYC.

Qualifications

She's looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Is proactive and takes initiative without waiting for instructions.
  • Is reliable, communicative, and adaptable.
  • Is comfortable giving constructive feedback.
  • Is excited to contribute ideas that improve the business.
  • Enjoys wearing many different hats and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Maintains professionalism and discretion when handling business communications and personal matters.

Success in This Role

Success in this role means helping her spend less time managing logistics and more time creating. A successful assistant will:

  • Proactively identify next steps and keep projects moving without constant direction.
  • Keep her accountable by reminding her of deadlines, appointments, and priorities.
  • Anticipate problems and present solutions before they become issues.
  • Keep her updated on progress without her needing to ask.
  • Continuously improve systems, workflows, and processes to make the business run more efficiently.
  • Look for ways to save time, reduce mental load, and make her life easier.
  • Think like a partner by asking, "What can I take off her plate?" instead of "What should I do next?"

The goal is for her to feel confident that the operational side of her business is being handled so she can focus on creating content and growing the business.

Trial Period

Since this is a close working relationship, she'd like to start with a trial period to assess mutual fit. This allows both parties to learn how they work together and determine if it's the right long-term fit. If successful, the position will transition into a regular role with consistent weekly hours and increasing responsibility over time.

Ultimately, she's not just looking for someone to complete tasks but for someone who wants to become an integral part of the business, take ownership, and help build systems that allow it to grow.

Schedule

Most work will take place between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays. However, occasional evening or weekend availability is expected for content shoots, events, travel, or other time-sensitive projects.

During the trial period, the role requires approximately 10 hours per week. If it's a good fit, the role will grow into a more consistent position, typically 20 to 30 hours per week depending on workload.

Pay

$25/hour

Location

Must be based in NYC and willing to travel to Brooklyn for in-person work.
