About the Role
Our client is the chief executive of a top financial firm based in New York City. They are seeking a Personal Assistant to join their family office team. This position is fully on site at their magnificent home on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technology and devices (Apple devices, digital photo libraries, home AV setups)
- Provide in-depth global travel support for the executive, family, and staff
- Provide general administrative support, including expense management
- Manage medical and health-related appointments and administration
- In tandem with other assistants, coordinate the executive's busy calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics of company and personal events
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years' Executive/Personal Assistant experience
- Family Office or similar experience, highly preferred
- Must have expert technology and device troubleshooting skills
- Must have strong Microsoft Outlook and calendar management skills
- Must have flexibility to work non-standard hours on occasion
- Strong commitment to professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Dedicated to details and quick to keep up with a fast-paced household
Pay & Benefits
- Salary Range: $85-95k annually, based on experience
